Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven General Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth running of our gym during afternoon and evening shifts. Responsibilities Lead gym membership sales efforts by engaging with prospective clients, conducting tours, and closing sales. Manage and motivate staff to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily gym operations, including ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a positive environment. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure member satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to increase gym memberships, retention, and overall revenue. Manage schedules, staff performance, and operational tasks to meet company goals. Report sales and operational updates to upper management. Qualifications Previous experience in sales and/or management, preferably in the fitness or service industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to achieving goals. Flexible availability for afternoon and evening shifts. Familiarity with fitness equipment, gym operations, and membership sales is a plus.
