Enterprise 1331 Lions Club Road, Madison, GA 30650 Job description Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Cabinets and Millwork team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and have experience with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce. Duties Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities to drive business growth. Develop and implement strategic plans to engage prospects and convert them into customers. Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure business deals. Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share insights on market trends. Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system. Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. Foster strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in millwork. Strong understanding of strategic planning principles and market analysis techniques.
