District Manager GasWorld Augusta, GA 30907 Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development and strategic planning. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing operations, driving sales, and ensuring profitability across all assigned locations. Duties Supervise daily operations across multiple sites to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability. Monitor profit loss statements and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement. Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in operations management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with operational capabilities. Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position at a CStore chain. Strong understanding of profit loss management and financial analysis.
