Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Manage all sales, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service. Oversee account management activities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Requirements One year or more experience in wellness and fitness arena Proven experience in business development and outside sales, preferably within the fitness and wellness sector. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
