Manage and optimize the use of Salesforce for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and improve existing processes. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. Oversee account management activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor online sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in technical sales or outside sales environments. Strong proficiency in online selling via platforms such as Ebay, PoshMark, Etsy, ThredUp, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
