Our client, a leader in the wire and cable industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the growth and development of the client base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
Conduct regular visits to current and prospective customers to present products and provide solutions.
Attend and actively participate in industry exhibits, trade shows, and events to promote products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within the wire and cable industry.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of wire and cable products and applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within the domestic market (approximately 50% travel).
