RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Financial Institution (FI) Sales is responsible for the sales team identifying and signing new back partnerships to drive revenue and obtain annual targets. You will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies and lead generation pipelines. + Identify, prospect, negotiate and close new FI partners to meet and exceed annual goals for pipeline management + Meet or exceed revenue targets, secure new bank partnerships, focus on increasing transaction volumes and activation growth + Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales approach and maintain competitive edge + Work with other Deluxe business units to maximize synergies, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of merchant services to bank partners and their clients + Develop referral partnerships that help drive revenue

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
