Job Description

As the Associate Director of Channel & Partner Development, you will play a critical role in influencing and executing our partner strategy across North America to drive growth of the CCH® Tagetik Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. Reporting to the Director of Channel & Partner Development, you will support the expansion and enablement of a high-performing partner ecosystem—including consulting, implementation, and resale partners. This role requires a blend of partner-facing execution, internal coordination, and operational rigor to ensure our partners are activated, aligned, and empowered to deliver customer value. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, Product, and Global Alliances to help drive partner success and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

Assist in identifying and qualifying new partners across strategic verticals. Support onboarding activities by coordinating internal resources, tools, and training.

Partner Enablement & Co-Selling Execution:

Help deploy enablement initiatives to accelerate partner readiness. Support field collaboration by coordinating joint pursuits, account mapping, and deal registration processes.

Campaign & Program Execution:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support joint go-to-market activities with partners, including events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns.

Performance & Operational Support:

Track partner KPIs, maintain partner records in internal systems, and help prepare materials for QBRs and partner check-ins. Identify gaps in execution and propose improvements.

Partner Communications & Advocacy:

Act as a day-to-day point of contact for select partners, ensuring they receive timely updates, resources, and support. Gather feedback and share with internal teams to continuously improve partner experience.

Market & Competitive Insights:

Stay informed on industry trends and competitor alliance activities. Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategy.

Event Support & Partner Engagement:

Represent CCH Tagetik at select industry events and partner forums. Support partner logistics, communication, and brand representation initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

5-8 years of experience in channel/partner programs, business development, or alliances in enterprise software (EPM/CPM, ERP, or adjacent preferred). Strong understanding of the North American partner landscape, especially consulting firms, SIs, and technology partners. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate cross-functionally. A team-first attitude, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. A passion for partnerships and a desire to grow into a future leadership role.
