Business Manager - E2E
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute the ELSP Service sales strategy by focusing on market needs and business goals.
As the business is in strong growth mode, it is imperative to drive this mindset of the team through leadership and example, holding the organization ac-countable to provide top level customer service. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions.
The work model for the role will be remote. #LI-Remote
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in North America.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Financial performance: Ensure team is developing proposals and solutions to deliver financial objectives at, or above plan.
- Manage balanced Orders book across all products and factory offerings. Assign Budgets, track performance and be accountable for financial results of target offerings.
- Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
- Coach and mentor Sales and Commercial Operations employees, with responsibility to assess performance through Annual Performance Reviews for all employees.
- Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing or related field required.
10+ years related service and/or service sales experience.
Understanding and experience with a full portfolio of products and services (including
UPS, STS, PDU
etc).
Salesforce experience preferred
SAP experience is preferred
