Full Job Description Summary:

Join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on delivering exceptional aftermarket support in a technical, customer-facing environment. This role is responsible for driving sales, revenue growth, and pricing strategy for aftermarket products and services. The position interfaces directly with customers and collaborates internally with proposal, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to develop tailored solutions and maintain high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to grow aftermarket sales revenue, order intake, and gross margin by identifying opportunities for spare parts and services across the customer base. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting company capabilities, service offerings, and value propositions. Provide accurate and timely information to customers including pricing, delivery timelines, and sales terms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling, technically accurate, and financially viable sales proposals. Ensure all proposals, cost estimates, and internal approvals are properly documented and maintained. Support the contract lifecycle for aftermarket projects, including leading contract reviews, communicating key requirements, and tracking project milestones with the program team. Ensure compliance with quality, documentation, and procedural standards as required by customers or regulatory frameworks. Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and expectations are met. Work with engineering and procurement teams to obtain current pricing and support accurate quoting. Monitor and help manage inventory levels to ensure alignment with customer needs. Drive customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and proactively addressing concerns. Lead the annual review and update of the aftermarket pricing structure, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market trends.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, program management, or business development roles with a focus on equipment or service proposals—experience in government or defense sectors preferred. Technical associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external clients at various organizational levels. Familiarity with interpreting technical documentation, specifications, and engineering drawings. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities. Willingness to work extended hours to meet proposal submission deadlines when necessary.
