JOIN THE LOUISIANA HAMPEL OIL TEAM AS TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Hampel Oil is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and a passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer. If hired, you will need to live or able to relocate within 100 miles of Lafayette, LA area Details include: Starting salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 based on sales quotas met Bonus and Incentive pay Schedule is 5 day work week Overnight travel at times Car Allowance, Cell Phone and iPad Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K with company match Paid Time Off Relocation and non-compete expense reimbursement is not available with this opportunity.
Job Requirements:
What You Will Do:
Manage the daily sales activities of the territory that promotes the growth of the company Closing new business in brand new territory Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base Find creative ways to be solution to customer pain-points What Skills and Experience We are
Looking For:
5 years in a sales management position. Previous experience in outside sales and B2B Growth mindset and a “hunter” type of sales attitude Excellent communication skills
What Will Make You Stand Out:
10 years previous sales experience in the fuel and lubricant industry Bachelor’s Degree in related field STLE, CLS or OMA1 certification Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws. Pay:
$80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
