Houston, Texas West TX and New Mexico Oklahoma Kansas & Nebraska Missouri Arkansas Louisiana Essential Duties:

Build and execute a territory strategy aligned with company growth goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a high-potential market. Maintain key customer relationships while expanding our customer base. Leveraging customer insights to identify business opportunities and strategies. Drive early-stage influence by engaging architects, consultants, and specifiers. Collaborate across departments to align sales execution with company strategy. Tracking, managing, and communicating sales forecasts and results. Developing effective relationships with key customers and multiple channels of sales. Track and report sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs in Salesforce. Own the full sales cycle. Prospect, qualify, and close across multiple channels. Conduct AIA presentations and product seminars to architects and contractors. Write and influence project specifications to include Kingspan TPO & Polyiso systems. Required Traits & Skills

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales, preferably in building/construction materials. Experience with TPO & Polyiso and or building envelope construction, insulation, and or exterior metal cladding products a plus. Candidates must have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies, forecasts, managing a sales funnel, and achieving sales results. Must articulate a full understanding of the construction and specification process. Exhibit solid business acumen including the ability to interpret and analyze. blueprints, estimate preparation, presentation, and proposal. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task. Strong organizational skills with aggressive follow-through and closing skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to travel as required in the specific region to meet/exceed objectives and grow the market.

$130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
