This pivotal role will involve developing strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance market presence, and foster strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of sales processes, market analysis, and customer service, along with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage accounts efficiently. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Manage future outside sales teams and ensure effective account management practices. Utilize Salesforce, or comparable software, for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports. Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer service experiences. Lead business development efforts to expand the company’s market reach. Help create and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills in technical sales. Experience Proven experience in a sales or marketing leadership role, preferably within a related industry. Strong background in account management with demonstrated success in negotiating contracts. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Experience in outside sales and business development is essential. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer service. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
