Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions to maximize revenue potential. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, enhancing their skills in customer service and phone etiquette. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance among team members. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team achievements for upper management. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales management role, within the automotive industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with inventory control systems and processes. Proficient in using CRM software to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
