With over 250 products across snacks, beverages, wellness, and c-store essentials, we empower field reps to grow local sales and earn meaningful commissions. You’ll represent exciting, fast-moving brands like Smackin’ Sunflower Seeds, Oasis Dubai Chocolate, Built Bars, Peelerz Fruit Snacks, My Dad’s Chili, and more.

4% of all wholesale orders

$3,000-$6,000/month Responsibilities Open 20-40+ new retail accounts each month (c-stores, gas stations, smoke shops, etc.) Visit stores in person, pitch product lines, and secure first-time orders Submit orders through our mobile platform and track performance Build and maintain relationships with store owners and buyers Ensure products are visible, priced correctly, and merchandised properly Share on-the-ground insights with RepRally’s ops and product teams Ideal Background 3+ years in field sales, route sales, distribution, or territory management Confidence walking into new stores and selling face-to-face Familiarity with convenience, grocery, liquor, or smoke shop environments Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Reliable transportation and ability to manage your own territory Why Join RepRally?
