About the position:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work on a broad variety of strategic marketing projects supporting our DTC business, as well as our growing B2B verticals — Retail, Clinics, and Gyms. This is a hands-on role, where you will develop and execute marketing programs that educate consumers, generate and convert leads, and strengthen brand awareness across multiple channels. You will also take the lead in building partnerships with online communities, and executing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a well-rounded marketer who can balance strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Campaign management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and marketing initiatives with brand partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead conversion.
Events management: Plan and manage physical and virtual events, including trade shows, speaking engagements, and webinars.
Retail marketing strategy:
Develop and execute content marketing plans for retail partners to drive sales and product education.
Content creation & execution: Develop marketing materials, presentations, and training assets to support B2B partners.
Community partnerships: Build and manage relationships with online groups and community leaders to develop co-branded campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams company-wide to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Market understanding & strategy: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market needs to refine our approach to B2B and B2C marketing.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in the consumer tech space or a high-growth startup environment.
Strong understanding of the US market.
All-round marketer who can strategize, create content, and execute marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge and experience with nutrition/health – Advantage (a desire to know more about these topics is a must)
