We are an expanding real estate firm with HOA management services across the Gulf South and seeking a high-performing HOA Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition. This role is focused on identifying and securing HOA and condo association contracts throughout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast, leveraging our deep regional real estate experience and strong service infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target HOA boards, property developers, and condominium associations across Louisiana and surrounding Gulf Coast regions. Attend HOA board meetings, trade shows, and community events to generate leads and pitch our services. Build strong, trust-based relationships with board members and key decision-makers. Present our full suite of HOA management services with tailored proposals and clear ROI metrics. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new communities. Use CRM tools to track outreach, opportunities, and pipeline progress. Report weekly KPIs and meet monthly new contract targets. Compensation Structure (Local Market-Based):
Base Salary:
$60,000•70,000/year
Commission:
$2,000•3,500 per signed HOA contract (based on size and complexity)
Quarterly Bonus:
$3,000 bonus for 5+ signed HOAs in a quarter $7,500 bonus for 10+ signed HOAs in a quarter On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000•120,000/year based on performance
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (real estate, property management, or HOA industry strongly preferred) Proven success in relationship-based sales and contract negotiation Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual Familiarity with local HOA structures, bylaws, and community development trends Comfortable driving across territory for meetings and presentations
