Your mission as aDental Territory Manager is to apply comprehensive knowledge ofInvisalign/iTero sales strategies for key accounts to acceleraterevenue and higher case volume. You will be responsible for sellingdirectly to professional business owners (General Dentists),transforming an analog process with clear aligners and innovativedigital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, andmore accessible – helping practitioners grow their business andincrease patient satisfaction. Role expectations
- Use insights anda consultative selling approach to teach customers about theirindustry and their customers; challenge them to modernize and growtheir business; assist them in implementing digital technology andrefine office processes.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly territorysales targets.
- Manage a defined geography of accounts (GeneralDentists) to grow the business; onboard new high potentialaccounts.
- Plan and execute a Territory plan, based onunderstanding the potential in each account in the definedgeography.
- Create & execute account plans for highest potentialaccounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business,goals, challenges and opportunities.
- Utilize data/analytics tohelp customer’s drive decision making – Educate customers onproducts to ensure the practice is clinically comfortable withInvisalign and iTero products and services
- Communicatecross-functionally (e.g., Doctor, Treatment Coordinator, clinicalassistant, education, marketing, product development) to develop anin-depth understanding of the business needs to clearly articulatefit with Align product, digital platform, and solution capabilities
- Orchestrate additional internal Company resources to optimize thecustomer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Alignsolutions
- Be creative, self-disciplined and capable ofidentifying and completing critical tasks independently with a highsense of urgency
- Be agile and capable of engaging customers in avirtual selling environment
- Listen, understand, and analyzecustomer needs to tailor Align products and services to deliver abest in class customer experience What were looking for
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
- 4 yearsof experience required. Experience can be outsidebusiness-to-business (B2B) sales experience or industry experienceselling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic,or other relevant combination of sales (inside or outside) andindustry experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Valid driver’s license
- Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability& comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI,P&L) and asking the right business questions
- Comfort withhaving clinical discussions regarding both Invisalign and iTeroproducts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred, and virtualcommunication platforms
