Schedule:

8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Compensation:

Starts at $100,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow B2B sales for high-precision laser alignment products Develop and manage domestic and international client relationships Support and mentor sales team while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing Present technical product solutions and value propositions to customers Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and report performance Conduct virtual and in-person product demos and presentations Identify new markets, applications, and sales opportunities Partner with leadership on strategic planning and international growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in manufacturing or technical sales Proven track record of B2B sales success and customer development Prior management or team leadership experience in a sales environment Mechanical/engineering knowledge to support technical product discussions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working with international clients and sales representatives Background in mechanical design or equipment manufacturing Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in an approachable way Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing setting
