At Courtyard Boston/Natick , we are seeking a Director of Sales to take full ownership of the hotel’s sales strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, understands the local market, and brings both creativity and discipline to the sales process. Beyond sales performance, we are looking for someone who will be a visible leader on property, actively contributing to team culture, cross-departmental collaboration, and morale. What You Will Do:
Lead the hotel’s sales efforts across all segments: corporate, group, and catering. Drive market positioning and revenue through strategic prospecting and smart use of data (Delphi, STR, Agency 360). Build and sustain client relationships that result in consistent, repeat business. Partner with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure. Motivate and manage your team through clear expectations, consistent coaching, and goal alignment. Act as a visible leader on property: supporting morale, celebrating wins, and modeling teamwork and hospitality across all departments.

Requirements:
3+ years of hotel sales experience required, including at least 1 year of team management. Familiarity with Delphi and competitive intelligence tools like STR and Agency 360 preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

$90,000-$110,000 annually
