The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving sales and operational excellence. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that each location meets its performance goals while fostering a positive work environment and promoting business development initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage the operations of multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards. Drive sales growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. Supervise store managers and staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement strategies. Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency across all locations. Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely execution of company programs and promotions. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement among all team members. Recruiting, training, and developing your Store Manager teams Experience Proven experience in sales management or district management within a retail or service-oriented environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively. Experience in supervising staff, managing performance, and conducting training sessions. Automotive aftermarket leadership experience is a strong plus Demonstrated ability in profit loss management, business development, and strategic planning. Excellent project management skills with a focus on achieving results through effective processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
