Remote Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities:

include sales coaching, supervising team leads, resolving escalated customer contacts, managing existing and new processes, and discovering and implementing continuous improvement opportunities through the analysis of data and project management. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong sales acumen with extensive knowledge of various selling styles and techniques, customer service, CRM software (Salesforce), workforce management, coordination, planning and be able to work effectively in a key cross-functional role within the organization and across external business partners.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual coaching to Inside Sales team members on selling, internal communication and coordination, pipeline management and diabetes knowledge. Champion change – effectively implement wider organizational changes at the department level with guidance from departmental leadership. Supervise day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team. Ensure team is motivated and enabled to achieve sales success. Define, manage and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Inside Sales operations. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Manage inside Sales quality program, conducting quality audits and calibration of quality scoring with leadership team. Handle escalations and more complex Customer complaints and/or inquiries. Ensure adherence to Regulatory, Quality, Finance and accreditation standards. Review financial targets and responsible for working with field Sales to meet or exceed goals. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience in sales, inside sales or contact center environment. Previous supervisory / leadership experience

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Strong background in sales and call center supervision that promotes industry best practices and standards including contact center metrics, workforce management, service quality management and knowledge management Experience in a medical or health related environment, ideally diabetes, Customer Service experience in a medical or health related environment Experience in a medical or health related environment, ideally diabetes Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred. Experience providing remote support, particularly in a regulated environment

Physical Requirements:

Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard. Lightweight lifting may be required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions This position may require occasional travel.

Remote/Flexible:

(no days required to be onsite) This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired)

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,250.00 – $120,375.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
