Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small sales team, managing a territory and have knowledge of selling custom solutions into Mil-Aerospace, Medical and Industrial markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales initiatives. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive business development. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum [5] years in sales leadership roles, preferably in technical industries. (Preferred Aerospace, Military and DOD) ✔
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ✔
Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities. ✔
Proficiency:
CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. ✔
Travel:
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
