We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a group of talented Mid-Market Account Executives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with a passion for growing and evolving a diverse business in a dynamic market, creating a positive sales culture, and managing a high performing team. This role will require the implementation of strategies that will allow the company to grow and scale quickly, while guiding their respective team on the ground to manage a current base of business. What you’ll be doing: Direct the day-to-day activity of a team of 6-8 sales reps, closing business within our Mid-Market accounts across a defined territory Combine coaching, mentoring and training to foster a strong focus on pipeline management, individual forecasting, and performance management to ensure members of the team are meeting assigned quota targets Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics Maintain communication with senior management through weekly revenue reporting to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the health of the pipeline, status of deals, and opportunities for executive championing Partner with the Talent team to hire and retain top talent Collaborate with various teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Support, Presales, Engineering and Development to ensure alignment on Go-to-Market strategies. What we’re looking for: 5-7 years’ experience in SaaS enterprise or mid-market sales as an individual contributor, with proven success of meeting sales targets Experience in either a team lead or formal management capacity with specific sales funnel management and structuring sales quota and revenue expectations Experience facilitating complex vendor registration Experience in using CRM to manage sales processes and forecast sales Experience with Salesforce is preferred Excellent planning, analysis, organization, communication and presentation skills Strong analytics skills to identify trends and sales patterns to support sales strategy Demonstrable ability to support and assist a team in closing annual or multi-year agreements Proven results as a strong mentor, who can get the most out of a bright, collaborative team in a high growth entrepreneurial environment Ability to travel to different office locations, attend sales events and other in-person meetings as needed (25%) What’s in it for you: Hybrid work arrangements and competitive paid time off programs.
