Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across industries.
- Leverage technology platforms and tools to source and engage prospective clients.
- Support M&A-related outreach and strategic growth initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain a network of decision-makers, investors, and referral sources.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on custom business development strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior-level business experience (C-suite or equivalent)
- Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity environments
- Broad industry exposure with proven ability to identify value opportunities
- Proficient with CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible, results-driven contractor role
- Strong professional network and communication skills
