Aqua AIRHEAD Yukon Charlie’s Inyo Pools Pureline We are seeking a Manager of Retail Sales Operations to optimize our sales processes, manage a team of Sales Coordinators, and support the sales team in achieving their goals. This role calls for an individual with initiative, ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks. This position reports to our Executive Vice President of Retail Sales and

NPD. KEY RESPONSIBIITIES

Manage a team of sales coordinators ensuring the workload is balanced and they have the tools, resources and training needed to succeed. Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage sales presentations, ensuring proposals are aligned with product development and sales strategies. Oversee quote summaries, pricing analysis, and three-year account reviews to support strategic decision-making. Analyze sales data and financial tracking to identify trends, forecast revenue, and support strategic decision-making. Support new customer setup, ensuring data integrity and coordination with finance. Oversee sales rep monitoring, including communications, agreements, and commission approvals. Act as a liaison with the Asia team, ensuring QA/QC, NPD, and sales requirements are met. Work with finance on price approvals and finalizing price lists for import/domestic and Asia markets. Track orders and shipments, monitoring import/domestic timelines and invoice tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align sales strategies with business objectives. Monitor reporting requirements, including seasonal reports, calendar year summaries, and three-year recaps.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a manager role. Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and retail sectors is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting. Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and financial tracking. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
