05/20/2025 Position Mission Responsible for developing and growing LaBovick Law Group?s client base through B2B strategies focused on high-quality, compliant provider partnerships. Maximize growth and profitability by developing and managing a scalable B2B strategy for PIP Nationwide, aligning with the firm?s core values and business objectives. Create and document a platform that is replicable across multiple states and works within the firm?s technology. Motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable to deliver exceptional customer service while exceeding individual and team sales goals. Utilize all data tools available under the firm?s technology systems (Litify, Salesforce, or any CRM in use) to create data-driven strategies that drive performance and improve profitability. If current software tools are insufficient, investigate, recommend, and implement new systems?including training and reporting structures?to meet business needs. Stay informed of national PIP industry trends, competitive positioning, and legislative changes to inform agile strategy development and market responsiveness. Serve as a cultural leader and example of LaBovick?

B Sales Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify market opportunities and establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies. Stay up-to-date on PIP regulations, provider reimbursement structures, and evolving trends in medical/legal sales. 2.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Implement professional development plans for sales team members to foster long-term career growth. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to ensure team success. Ensure team members provide excellent service to customers aligned with the firms? core values. Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and client communication. Ensure team members are educated on the nuances of PIP law, provider needs, and the firm?s competitive differentiators. Develop and manage performance-based compensation plans to drive sales outcomes. Conduct quarterly business reviews with sales team to assess progress and adjust goals. 3.

Sales Operations:

Oversee internal phone sales and external in-person sales efforts for the B2B sales division. Refine outbound call scripts, sales materials, and pitch strategies tailored to PIP medical providers. Ensure that sales processes are efficient and aligned with company goals. Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Strategically manage and assign geographic territories or provider segments for optimal coverage and productivity. Expand and manage relationships with medical providers and clinics aligned with firm goals. 4.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute plans to enter new markets and expand the company?s reach. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Develop and oversee annual department budgets. 5.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize Litify, Salesforce, and/or any CRM the firm chooses as the tool to track sales activities and manage customer information. Deliver actionable insights to improve lead conversion rates, territory performance and provider engagement. 6. Compliance & Legal Alignment Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable laws, firm protocols, and ethical standards in the legal and healthcare industries. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure marketing and sales materials meet regulatory standards. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with intake, case management, and legal operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Collaborate with the finance department on billing arrangements and payment recovery strategies tied to PIP services. Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align sales initiatives with operational capacity and legal workflows.
