We are seeking an entrepreneurial and scientifically fluent Headof Business Development Lead the company`s commercial growthglobally, across USA, Europe, Japan, etc. Client Details Our clientis a rapidly evolving global cryo-EM and AI-driven platform focusedon accelerating early-stage drug discovery. With 8 cutting-edge300kV cryo-EM instruments and a mission to push the boundaries ofstructural biology, they partner with pharma and biotech innovatorsto unlock new frontiers in therapeutics.
Description KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and execute a global business developmentstrategy to expand client base and increase market share. Identify,engage, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholdersacross pharma R D, biotech, and academic institutions. Promotetheir cryo-EM services and integrated AI technology solutions fordrug discovery. Collaborate with internal scientific and technicalteams to tailor solutions to client needs. Represent them atindustry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings. Leaddeal negotiations, including service agreements and strategicpartnerships. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback tosupport service innovation and product positioning. Profile Asuccessful Business Development Head should have: PhD in StructuralBiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field. 8 yearsof experience in business development, scientific sales, oralliance management within the life sciences sector, with solidtracking recording. Strong network within pharma R D, biotech,and academic research communities cross different region. Deepunderstanding of protein characterization, cryo-EM, antibodies, andearly drug discovery workflows. Proven ability to build strategicpartnerships and close complex service deals. Entrepreneurialmindset, self-starter, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,cross-functional environment. Excellent communication, negotiation,and presentation skills.
