Job Description Join the cybersecurity organization of a top-tier Fortune 500 energy company, where innovation, resilience, and protection of critical infrastructure come together. This full-time Business Development Manager role based in Boston offers the opportunity to help expand a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions supporting industrial, OT, and IT environments. You’ll be at the forefront of helping clients navigate their cybersecurity journey, with access to the latest tools and services for proactive threat management and risk reduction. Shape the future of cybersecurity at scale, working within an agile, mission-driven team in one of the world’s most respected energy companies. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic business development leader with a passion for cybersecurity. This is a full-time hybrid role in downtown Boston (3 days/week). Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in a digital sales/solution environment, with understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models
Strong sales acumen and value-based pricing experience
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., delivery, R D, sales, supply chain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or computer-related field (preferred)
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and certifications (e.g., NIST, NCSC, ISO 27001, IEC/ISO 62443, COBIT)
Knowledge of ICS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, PROFINET, and

PROFIBUS
