Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related fields. Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, and large enterprise IT services sales. Extensive experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or account management in the IT Consulting and Services Industry. Prior experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management roles. Demonstrable experience managing client relationships with large commercial/enterprise organizations. Ability to author high-quality professional communications. Strong work ethic and drive to deliver excellent work products/outputs. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with internal and external customers. Organized team player who is resourceful and dependable with attention to detail. Strong relationship-building, influence, and negotiation skills. Comfortable initiating/conducting regular interaction with clients in person, over the phone, via email, and video calls. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) required; experience in CRM software like HubSpot preferred. Outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Problem-solving skills to view situations from multiple angles, devise solutions, and execute them. Open to continual learning and improvement with a hands-on approach to development. Ability to interface with contacts in different time zones across a global organization. Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
Account Growth:
Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of IT services and solutions.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services.
Performance Monitoring:
Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to present to clients and senior management.
Problem Solving:
Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
Contract Management:
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
