We are seeking to hire a District Manager to manage a network of stores in the Back Bay and South End Boston area. The District Manager is responsible for Dunkin’ Retail Operations and management of stores in the assigned territory. The District Manager supports all aspects of the management process provided by the employer to ensure the consistency of short and long term goals and the mission statement based on our core values. The District Manager will be responsible for achieving budgeted district-revenue goals, and will direct a management team, with a full understanding and commitment of the mission and the core values. The job specification includes, but is not limited to the following: Ensures excellence in retail operations. Develops team to ensure compliance to standards, core values and corporate mission. Oversee restaurant standards and applications. Execution of marketing and product placement Manages payroll, budget and other expenses. Inventory management and control of food cost. Engage in recruitment process and strategy. Reinforcement of Human Resources Policies and Regulations.
