Sales Director – Head of Americas Investment Management and OEMS Join to apply for the Sales Director – Head of Americas Investment Management and OEMS role at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) Role Overview As a Sales Director and Head of Americas Investment Management and OEMS Sales, you will be responsible for managing a target and leading a team of sellers responsible for engaging North American based clients across our core and new logo segments to achieve sales targets. The Investment Management and OEMS team sells a suite of products including Workspace, AlphaDesk, TORA (REDI), and Autex. These products are part of LSEG’s Desktop News, Data and Analytics platform, as well as Order and Portfolio Management Software supporting hedge funds and asset managers globally. Clients utilize our Workspace and OEMS capabilities for research, portfolio management, trading, monitoring, and reporting of investments. Our approach is consultative, emphasizing high-quality implementations. Key Responsibilities Develop sales strategies and execution plans for your team Manage team financial performance, focusing on gross and outright sales Coordinate campaigns with sales enablement Align with regional marketing and sales priorities Allocate resources effectively to support strategy Ensure cross-functional communication around customer needs Influence product development with regional market insights Consolidate customer feedback to inform product and strategy Mentor and coach sales team members Support strategic and complex deals Monitor competitors and market trends, developing competitive strategies Represent OEMS in the market as a thought leader Qualifications 8+ years of financial services sales management experience; fintech experience is a plus Proven B2B sales success with financial targets; experience as a hunter is required Series Licenses are advantageous and can be supported in role Strong understanding of sales pipelines, cycles, and best practices Existing senior (C-level) network within the industry Deep knowledge of financial tools used by professionals Understanding of industry trends and macroeconomic factors Leadership skills including influencing and stakeholder management Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills Compensation & Benefits The base salary range is listed as $0 – $0, which may vary by location.
