We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent SalesManager with a strong background in the insulation sector. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for overseeing andmanaging all sales operations, driving growth, and ensuring thehighest level of customer satisfaction within our company. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Sales Manager, you will be taskedwith: 1. Managing all sales operations within the commercial andindustrial HVAC sector, ensuring that sales targets are met orexceeded. 2. Developing and implementing effective salesstrategies, and leading nationwide sales team members to achievesales targets. 3. Establishing productive and professionalrelationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 4.Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers. 5.Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggestingimprovements. 6. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual salesforecasts. 7. Performing research and identifying new potentialcustomers and new market opportunities. 8. Providing timely andeffective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. 9. Liaising withthe Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brandconsistency. 10. Staying up-to-date with new product launches andensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications:
To beconsidered for this role, you must have: 1. Proven work experienceof 5 years as a Sales Manager in the construction, buildingmaterials or insulation industry or a related field. 2. Provenability to acquire leads and convert prospects into active client3. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Anability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. 5.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.6. Strong communication and presentation skills 7. Analyticalskills with a problem-solving attitude. 8. Availability to travelin a multi-state territory up to 50% of time 9. BSc degree inSales, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalentyears of experience. In addition, the ideal candidate should have astrong hunter mentality, proven experience in territory management,and a track record of prospecting and business development.
Experience in the construction industry and working with HVACcontractors is a plus. Proficiency in delivering powerful salespresentations, managing pipelines, and generating leads is alsorequired. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent traveland client visits, and have a strong understanding of productknowledge. Experience working with engineers, architects, and keydecision makers across a multi-state territory is a must.
