Client Details My client is a market leader in organic wastecollection and services to transform waste into renewable energy.

They have a one of a kind business model and outstanding investmentfrom a world renowned investment firm. They are at the forefront ofthe green revolution with no cap in sight. They more than doubledtheir headcount in 2022 which they have maintained and continue toexpand in 2023, 2024 & 2025. They are seeking a territory based NewBusiness development role for the New England region. This is anexciting time to join an amazing company.

Description KeyResponsibilities:
Market Expansion:

Identify, target, and developnew business opportunities within the assigned territory. 100% newbusiness & greenfield role. Call and set in person client meetingswith facilities managers and other relevant stakeholders locally todiscuss their waste / recycling plans. Build and maintain strongrelationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders inthe renewable energy industry. Analyze market trends and competitoractivities to devise strategies for market expansion.

BusinessDevelopment:

Present our renewable energy solutions and services topotential clients. Collaborate with clients to understand theirspecific needs and develop tailored proposals. Negotiate contractsand agreements to secure new partnerships and projects.

ProjectManagement:

Oversee the successful execution of projects within theterritory, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-qualitysolutions and services to clients. Monitor project performance,resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

RegulatoryCompliance:

Stay informed about local and national regulationsrelated to renewable energy and ensure that all projects complywith these regulations. Assist clients in navigating the permittingand regulatory processes.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accuraterecords of all sales activities, project progress, and clientcommunications. Prepare regular reports on the status of projects,sales performance, and market insights.

Profile Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field (e.g., Business,Environmental Sciences, Engineering, etc.). Proven experience inbusiness development, sales, or project management in the waste,recycling or renewable energy sector. Experience in Organic Waste,Renewable Energy, Recycling Programs a huge plus. Specificexperience within waste management is a huge plus. Ability to coldcall and set in person meetings. Ability to drive and meet withclients within region (1 hour) in person. Self sufficient, abilityto manage your own schedule, set meetings, travel as needed, andmaintain admin and follow up. Strong knowledge of renewable energytechnologies, regulations, and industry trends. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solvingskills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Job Offer Offer:
