• Regional Director Job Purpose Strives to achieve assigned district/area sales goals through the effective management of sales representatives.

This position is at the first level of sales management and may personally have a few selected accounts. Major emphasis of the job is on management with a largely tactical focus. Support staff may be limited. Key Accountabilities Act as primary contact for Hankook Tire America to dealer network within geographic area as assigned Inform dealers of all essential Hankook programs, policies and new products Handle all dealer issues and concerns, maintaining excellent customer service Train and work with dealer personnel as required Obtain current market information and trends, maintaining awareness of competition Prospect new business Assist all internal departments as necessary Monitor territory performance Submit all reports as required Attend industry shows as needed Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management Level of Accountabilities Responsible to manage sales for a specific geographic territory Builds relationship with decision makers at wholesalers, distributors, and dealers Core Competencies Organizational and follow-up skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years outside sales experience Valid driver’s license Industry experience required Must be able to travel 50% Must reside or be able to relocate to New England (ME, MA, RI, CT, NH, or VT).
