PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.

Extended Care Plans:

Develop and manage the full P&L for extended care plans. Create comprehensive growth plans and objectives to drive revenue and market share. Serve as the primary liaison across all disciplines including finance, customer data strategy, marketing, stores, and ecommerce. Build strong business cases for additional investment and expansion opportunities. Understand and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Take accountability for scaling the Zillion insurance product and maximizing its market potential. 2.

Services Business Unit:

Develop and maintain a live strategic road map for the Services Business Unit Initiatives Act as the key business analytics lead for the entire services business unit. Responsible for financial and operational reporting (standard and ad hoc) Collaborate with Finance to develop the P&L, key KPIs, and financial forecasts. Design and implement robust dashboards and analytics to drive business insights and decision-making. Ensure that growth and business plans are supported by clear assumptions and data-driven strategies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent does not have any direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. Ten plus years of relevant work experience (FP&A, Operations, Corporate Strategy) required. Proven track record of success in managing full P&L responsibilities and driving business growth. Extensive experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management. Strong understanding of insurance products and services business models. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficiency in data analysis tools and dashboard development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on driving results and fostering innovation. Significant experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL and Tableau strongly preferred. Hybrid schedule with predictable onsite attendance required three or more days per week to perform essential functions involving interactive behaviors with co-workers and managers, operation or manipulation of equipment and/or materials located only on site, and direct interaction with internal and/or external customers.
