South Oregon, with travel across center locations in Grants Pass, Roseburg, Eugene, and Coos Bay/North Bend.
Essential Duties:
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Manager who is passionate about driving exceptional customer service, achieving sales growth, and managing profit and loss (P& L) for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring financial success within your designated area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen business acumen, and a proven track record of achieving targets. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals within your designated area, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and SOPs to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth through effective strategies, promotions, and product knowledge. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry data to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations, empower and motivate team members, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Manage all aspects of P& L within your area, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and revenue optimization. Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality to achieve financial targets. Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and regional regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Area Manager or similar, within customer service and sales-driven industries. Strong understanding of customer service operations, sales strategies, and profit and loss management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team, and effectively manage their performance. Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Results-oriented attitude with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Flexibility to travel within the designated area as needed.
