Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and manage our manufacturing organization’s sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for setting and executing both short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating current programs, and driving revenue growth through effective leadership and collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver monthly communications with sales reps and distributors Collaborate with Marketing on product and service promotion strategies Negotiate domestic contracts Research current and potential markets to identify growth opportunities Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Quality teams to resolve escalated issues Maintain subject matter expertise in the tablet compression tooling industry Drive account strategy to achieve year-over-year revenue growth Review NDAs and evaluate new lead contacts Analyze monthly sales reports in partnership with company leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven knowledge and experience in the tablet compression tooling industry 5+ years of experience in a similar sales leadership role Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing internal and external sales teams Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities Strong customer orientation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit at a computer for 8+ hours per day Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend as needed throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry light materials (approx. 1-10 lbs) Why Join Natoli Engineering?
