What You’ll Do Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing door-to-door residential sales team Create and refine outreach scripts, pitches, and campaigns to exceed revenue targets Work the field with your reps—model the grind, celebrate the wins Set clear KPIs; track activity, leads, and closes in our CRM Research high-potential neighborhoods and pivot tactics using real-time data Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews Ensure contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and on time What We’re Looking For 2+ years direct or door-to-door sales experience (roofing / home-improvement a plus) 1+ year leading a sales team with proven results Natural coach who inspires competitiveness and integrity Strong communicator—confident in front of customers and reps alike Comfortable with CRM systems and basic tech tools Valid driver’s license & clean driving record High-school diploma or GED (college a bonus)
Compensation & Benefits Earnings:
$80,000 – $175,000+ (base salary + performance-based bonuses). Top managers consistently clear $150K+
