We specialize inadvanced plate processing, custom fabrication, and kittingsolutions tailored for structural steel, OEMs, and generalfabrication partners. We serve a diverse client base with acommitment to speed, precision, and exceptional customer service.
Our modern production facility includes four plasma tables, brakepresses, and a seasoned operations team ready to support aggressivegrowth. The Role Identify and pursue new business opportunities intarget markets for plate processing. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with fabrication shops, OEMs, and steel servicecenters. Act as a solutions expert—educate prospects on ourcapabilities in cutting, beveling, bending, drilling, and kitting.
Collaborate closely with internal operations, production control,and estimating teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Drive revenuegrowth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
3 years of outside sales experience in steel,fabrication, or industrial services (plate processing a plus).Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and material lists.
Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and plantvisits. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growingenvironment.
