ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a key territory. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines—building relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors while executing with excellence on the shelf. You’ll be the face of Vivazen in your market, accountable for growing volume, expanding distribution, and delivering flawless in-store execution. You’ll operate with autonomy, hustle, and high expectations—and in return, you’ll have the opportunity to build something meaningful and grow with a performance-minded, plant-powered brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own your market. Drive sales growth by identifying top-priority accounts and bringing new doors online Deepen relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retail partners to maximize presence and sell-through Execute retail programs, secure shelf space, and activate promotions that boost brand visibility Partner with store owners, buyers, and DSD teams to ensure flawless in-store execution Support field marketing, retail activations, and community events that generate trial and awareness Deliver weekly insights, competitive intel, and performance feedback to HQ Represent the brand at distributor meetings, trade shows, and industry events

WHAT YOU BRING 1-3

years of experience in field sales, account management, or retail execution—ideally in CPG, beverage, spirits, or supplements Experience selling into convenience, food service, or supplement distribution is a plus Strong understanding of DSD networks, independent retail, and/or wholesale distribution Grit, independence, and self-motivation—you don’t wait for direction; you create momentum Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with sales technology and CRM tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
