What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic business development plans across multiple facilities Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and community organizations Collaborate with and mentor facility-level marketing and admissions teams Identify new market opportunities and implement innovative growth initiatives Represent Summit Healthcare’s values and brand with professionalism and purpose Travel regularly across Central and Southern Illinois as needed What You Bring Experience as a Director or Regional Leader in Business Development within the skilled nursing or senior care space (Have other qualifying experience?
