The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales growthwithin the Capital Equipment Food Packaging industry, focusing ondriving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability tomanage regional sales initiatives and achieve targets. DescriptionBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and partnerswithin the Food Packaging Capital Equipment industry. Monitormarket trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities. Prepare and present detailed sales reports andforecasts to senior leadership. Collaborate with other departmentsto align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Ensurecompliance with company policies and industry regulations in allsales activities. Represent the company at Packaging trade shows,events, conferences, and client meetings as needed. Profile A successful Regional Sales Managershould have: A strong background in sales development within theFood Packaging and Capital Equipment industry. Ability to travelwithin the Central US territory, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma,Wisconsin, Minnesota Proven ability to develop and executestrategic sales plans. Strong analytical skills to interpret salesdata and market trends. A results-driven mindset with a focus onachieving and exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM software andother sales tools Job Offer Competitive salary range of $135000 -$165000, commensurate with experience.
