Leading manufacturer and distributor in Mississippi is lookingfor an Inside Sales Manager/General Manager to service customers insurrounding states and achieves considerable growth through newaccount acquisition and improved growth within existingaccounts. The successful candidate will be self- aware and manage thesetactical necessities, always keeping the strategic objectives asthe focus of all activity. A flair for distribution, inventory andthe business transactions is essential in order to drive theservice objectives. Local inventory availability and service willform the foundations on which to use your talent for sales, teamleadership and mentoring in order to increase profits through thegrowth of top line sales revenues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Manage a sales office and warehouse environment ? Provide all elements of customer service support ? Increasing sales volume on a consistent basis through businessdevelopment ? Inventory management ? Recruitment and training of staff ? Direct management of employees including day to day balancing ofworkload ? Provide leadership and mentoring to staff ?
