While the Sales Manager’s top line goals will be revenue driven, the day to day functions of the role will involve the mentorship and training of the salesforce to give them the tools that they need to succeed. We are looking for someone that will be in the trenches with the team and show them what success means. The Sales Manager will be expected to meet regularly with his/her sales team and monitor and manage such sales metrics as; leads generated, conversions, contacts and the like. What you’ll be doing: Hire, train, manage and mentor sales team Weekly review and setting of sales team goals Executing direct sales market strategy Working with ownership to establish sales reporting framework, ensuring goals are set and met Provide excellent customer service with positivity and professionalism Prospect for new opportunities and close sales What you’ll bring to the table: Strong organization skills and efficiency with time management Able to coach yet be coachable High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Valid state driver’s license Sales and/or customer service experience a plus Relevant industry(Roofing, Construction) experience required, specifically in insurance claims Team oriented Decision-making and problem resolution skills Strong follow-up skills Customer service spirit and drive to provide a solid client experience Capable of handling multiple projects/tasks at one time Strong track record of accomplishment and promotion Highly personable with the ability to quickly build relationships We are committed to excellence and our purpose is the improve the quality of life for all those we come into contact with.
