Job Purpose:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for anadmissions director. We are looking for a driven sales professionalwho will develop early and appropriate referrals by creating andsustaining business partnerships with referral sources to drivegrowth in our skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term carebusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops, implements, andevaluates quarterly and annual territory plans, strategies andactions to achieve budgeted targets. 2. Analyzes territory,establishes sales goals, and together with sales manager, writessales plan. 3. Develops business relationships by making effectivesales contacts, meetings, and presentations. 4. Buildsrelationships with the PruittHealth Skilled Nursing staff to ensurethe of effective communication with referral sources and. 5. Buildsrelationships with partners from other PruittHealth divisions toidentify opportunities to collaborate and keep patients withinPruitt’s continuum of care. 6. Identifies key referring physicians,builds the PruittHealth skilled nursing, rehabilitation and longterm care brand, and identified opportunities to increase referralvolume from these offices. 7. Identifies key referring personnel inhospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations, along withopportunities to increase referral volume from these sources. 8.Basic knowledge of insurance companies and other payer sources. 9.Supports and participates in promotional activities, salescampaigns and other growth initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills,Abilities:
- Demonstrates principles of the sales process in ahealthcare environment.
- Able to manage a territory, conduct salescalls and presentations, and generate referrals by building longterm business relationships.
- Able to develop clinical knowledgebase to support sales activities.
- Effective verbal and writtencommunicator, including ability to communicate with the differentdisciplines in the healthcare field.
- Able to identify and developnew referral sources.
- Familiar with MS Office Suite (primarily MSExcel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with virtualworking tools and videoconferencing software (Webex, Google Meet,Zoom, MS Teams).
- Able to master additional professional software.
- Maintains professional and clinical competence.
- Participates incenter/agency surveys (Licensure/JCAHO) and any subsequentlyrequired reports.
- Attends and participates in mandatoryin-services.
- Honors patients/residents’ rights to fair andequitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy,property and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints.
- Complies with corporate compliance program.
- Reports job-relatedfunctions/tasks that involve occupational hazards includingexposure to blood and body fluids and others as necessary.
- Follows established safety regulations, to include fire protectionand prevention, smoking regulations, infection control etc.
- Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed bysupervisor.
Qualifications Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’sDegree highly preferred Extensive relevant industry experience with(2) years of college or business school and/or equivalentcombination of experience and training.
Minimum ExperienceRequired:
Familiarity with healthcare landscape and sales processesTwo (2) year experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing, or anyequivalent combination of experience and training which providesthe required knowledge, skills, and abilities MinimumLicensure/Certification Required by
