In this critical role,you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing clientrelationships, and delivering high-quality solutions in the BPOspace.
Your role and responsibilitiesAs BPO Associate Partner, youwill be responsible for developing and driving the BPO businesswith a focus on: Building the BPO pipeline Holding client meetings to present IBM BPO solutions andstrengthen client relationships Developing client solutions and IBM offers with the BPOsolutioning team to meet client requirements Managing the contracting process with clients Overseeing the delivery of small to medium deals with supportfrom the IBM BPO delivery teamRequired technical and professionalexpertiseExperience in sales, BPO industry knowledge, and alignmentwith sectors such as Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, andTechnology.
