Role:
As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by expanding our portfolio, nurturing relationships with property owners, agents, and investors, and overseeing marketing initiatives that position Nest Managers as the premier property management solution in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Identify new market opportunities, referral partnerships, and community engagement tactics. Manage lead generation workflows and oversee CRM tracking, reporting on performance. Attend industry events, local meetups, and agent open houses to build relationships and promote services. Conduct presentations and consultations with prospective owners and agents. Regularly analyze lead sources, client feedback, and market trends to refine outreach strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven success in real estate, property management, or a related business development role. Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, especially in and around Fayetteville and Fort Bragg. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and able to manage performance targets with minimal supervision. CRM experience (preferably Rentvine & Aptly) and familiarity with digital marketing tactics. A valid NC real estate license is preferred.
