We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commission-Based Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our market presence.

Opportunity:

Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for helping businesses grow? LWood Media Group is seeking a talented Commission-Based Sales Manager to drive revenue through the sale of our diverse portfolio of services, including Marketing Services, Advertising Services, Business Solutions, and other Business Services. You will be connected to a robust lead generation system that produces over 150 local leads each month, providing a strong foundation for success. This role offers significant earning potential through commissions and quarterly bonuses, along with the opportunity to build and manage a team of Account Executives in sub-markets. A minimum of 3 hours per week of in-office presence in Fayetteville, NC, is required for collaboration and team engagement.

Responsibilities:

Aggressively pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and in-person client meetings. Effectively present and sell LWood Media Group’s suite of Marketing Services, Advertising Services, Business Solutions, and other Business Services to local businesses. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Actively network within the local business community to generate new leads and opportunities. Collaborate effectively with other departments within LWood Media Group to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new Account Executives in sub-markets. Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Set sales goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings. Attend required in-office meetings (minimum 3 hours per week).

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in marketing services, advertising services, business solutions, or related business services. Strong understanding of the local Fayetteville business landscape. Excellent cold calling, email marketing, presentation, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in managing and leading a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools. Must be able to work a minimum of 3 hours per week in our Fayetteville, NC office.

Compensation & Benefits:
