Job Summary We’re looking for a dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing high-performing sales professionals, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high performing sales team. Desk deals, track revenue logs, and manage retail delivery reports. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and development to improve individual and team results. Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit. Support the sales team in the showroom, assisting with customer interactions and closing deals. Manage the negotiation process with the sales team to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. Appraise vehicles for trade. Maintain a positive and customer-focused sales process from start to finish. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in computer applications and basic math. Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
